Welcome, my name is Jon, I am a personal trainer based in San Diego.
I have been helping people improve their health and vitality for over a decade. I consider it one of the highest honors to work alongside others, guiding them towards their goals of being stronger, losing excess body fat, and building muscle. My mission is to help people move better, feel better, and ultimately live better, by teaching them the necessary skills to building the habits required to shape the look and the life they want.
